DOA Policy

Refund Policy:

We guarantee against DOA (Dead On Arrival).  IF you see corals losing tissue upon arrival, please take images in the bags and send to my email address at  You are eligible for store credit if your coral is damaged or DOA.  To be eligible for a credit, you must send pictures within 2 hours from when Fed Ex dropped off the package.  Weather delays, acts of god, or Fed Ex delays are not covered, but we know its not either of our fault. We will work with you if this rare unfortunate event happens.
